Tezgah.com.tr acts in accordance with consumer protection laws in return transactions.
All products sold at Tezgah.com.tr may be returned within 7 (seven) days.
The return of a product can be carried out under the general conditions stated below.
General conditions
As a general rule, you may return the products you have purchased within 7 (seven) days of delivery by stating your reason for return, as long as the product has not been damaged, and the product’s qualities of resaleability are intact.
-The return of products that have been removed from packaging, used products, damaged products etc. will not be accepted.
-Return must be made with original packaging.
-In the event that any rupture, fracture, spoilage, tear, use or any similar obstruction is detected on the product or the packaging or if the product is not being returned as it was delivered, the return will not be accepted and the cost will not be returned.
-The courier fee for returns in accordance with the return conditions will be paid by the customer.
-Returned products must be delivered to us by courier companies used by Tezgah.com.tr. If faulty and damaged goods are returned within 7 (seven) days of delivery the courier fee will be paid by Tezgah.com.tr. Otherwise the fee will be met by the customer.
Damaged goods and goods to be changed will be handled within 3 (three) days of reaching us. The process takes place as follows:
- The returned goods are received by staff in charge of returns and registered in the company’s accounts.
- The fault is determined.
- Within 3 (three) days of reaching Tezgah, the goods are sent to the producer company or distributor.
- The customer is notified of the information received from the distributor or producer company by telephone or e-mail.
Problems arising from delivery:
Damage caused by shipment by private courier companies is refunded by Tezgah. (This assurance is not valid if APS, the Urgent Postal Service, is being used.)
If the delivery company tries to deliver a damaged package to our customer:
-If the damage has been caused by the courier company, the delivery should not be taken and the customer must have an official report of the transaction prepared by the staff of the delivery company.
-If the Delivery Company staff claim that the package is not damaged, the customer has the right to open the package to check if the goods have been delivered intact and to have an official report prepared.
- However, once you have taken the delivery, the courier company is deemed to have completed its duty as required.
- If you have not accepted the package and have had an official report prepared, you must inform tezgah.com.tr of the situation, attaching the copy of the official report. tezgah.com.tr will ensure the delivery of the new, proper and intact product in the shortest possible time.
